4th Stage

Salary Package Negotiation:

• We facilitate salary negotiation at every stage, ensuring there are no surprises for both parties. This helps to make sure the right person is placed within our Client’s budget.

Offer and acceptance:

• We manage the transition whilst the Candidate works their notice, and they are not counter offered. If a candidate is counter offered, we have a in-depth conversation with them to remind them what their motivators to change are as well the unkept promises made by their current employer.
