- Presentation to the client of the best Candidate(s) who match their brief.
‘Prep’ telephone conversation:
- Before each interview, we have a conversation with both the Client and Candidate(s) to highlight any key issues or concerns either have.*
Interview:
- We organise the interview between the Client and the Candidate(s), and ensure everything is in place to ensure they are completed to the highest standard.*
Debrief telephone conversation:
- After each interview, we have a call with both the Client and Candidate(s) to discuss how the interview went and if they feel it is a right fit, and if there are any concerns.*
*These steps are repeated at 2nd interview stage.
