Sandra Hill, Founder & Executive Director at The Hill Group, has been shaping executive search since 1982. She founded The Hill Group Ltd in 1999 to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences. For over 25 years, Sandra has specialised in executive search across industrial engineering, including Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation. She focuses on mechanical and electrical engineering, interiors, rotating equipment, coatings, OEM and first-tier suppliers, and service/aftermarket sectors.
