Once a position has been filled, we don’t stop there. We keep in touch with both our client and candidate(s) on a regular basis, to ensure the transition has gone smoothly and to help if any concerns are raised.
We are on hand to support and guide both our Clients and Candidates throughout the probation period, to ensure a successful outcome for both the Client and Candidate. We offer our advice so our Clients are ready to welcome their new employee and enable them to get to grips with their new role, and the business. We are also there for our Candidates, to ensure the on-boarding process has gone well, and there are no problems and/or concerns.
