2nd Stage

Assessing Candidates:

  • Once the top talent has been identified, they are passed over to our Project Coordinators to contact directly.
  • Initial assessment with candidates to discuss their experience. This call lasts around 25-35 mins.

Our Interview with the Candidate:

  • An in-depth interview with the Candidate to qualify their experience and motivators. This call last around 1.5 hrs – 2 hrs.

CV evaluation:

  • Reviewing experience and skills.

Personal career Assessment:

  • This is a tool sent to the candidates who are progressing to the next stage of our process, to assist both the Client and Candidate know that this will be the right move for them.
