1st Stage

Completion of Needs Analysis Profile:

  • Discussion with the Hiring Manager about the role, company goals, reason for the role, urgency and key skills and experience for the role.

Research: 

  • We have a dedicated in-house research team who identify and match the experience and requirements of the client's brief, within the targeted companies.

Planning:

  • We agree on interview dates with the client at the beginning of the search, to ensure we have assessed all the candidates with the right experience thoroughly, ready shortlist them to the client.

Research Report:

  • We send a Research Report at the beginning of a search, to ensure we are looking in the right places for the candidates. It shows the pre-screening process our Research Team go through in order to create a candidate target list, assessing the relevant job titles and companies, those who meet the criteria of the search and the top three skills desired by the client.
