At the end of each search we conduct a customer care survey with all parties involved in the interviewing process and then produce a review report which a) assists in the partnership with our clients and b) ensures we improve the level of service we offer our clients and candidates. Thus ensuring we continue to provide the highest level of service.

Our Process

The Planning Stage. We design a specific, recruitment strategy for each and every search assignment we accept. We then conduct thorough research to uncover potential candidates.

Contacting the Candidates. Once we identify a good candidate, we make contact with them on a direct, personal basis.

  • We present the objectives, opportunities responsibilities and potential of the position.
  • We investigate what the candidate is looking for and ensure it matches our clients needs.
  • We examine the qualifications and experience of the candidates against the requirements of the position.
  • We conduct interviews with the candidates assessing their skills and competencies for the role.
  • We select the candidates who are the best match.

Presenting the Candidates. The qualified candidates are presented for consideration.

  • Only when a strong mutual benefit exists.
  • We submit their CV and our interview assessment.

The Process.

  • We schedule and monitor the interviewing process.
  • We conduct full 'prep' and 'debrief' meeting prior to and after each interview to ensure optimum success.

The Decision and the Offer. We offer expert facilitation and advice at this critical point.

  • We facilitate communication on salary terms and benefits.
  • We assist the candidate through the emotional process of resigning from their present position and handling the potential counter offer.

Ongoing Relationship. We maintain contact on both sides to make sure that the outcome of the search assignment meets everyone's expectations through regular telephone contact during the notice period and the first 3 to 6 months of employment.

Customer Care Survey and review meetings. We submit our survey to all parties involved in the interview process.

  • Meet with key team members to review the project and agree the next stage.
