Sandra Hill is Owner and Managing Director of The Hill Group. The Hill Group is an internationally recognised, award winning office within this network of over 1000 offices. Sandra and her team have built a reputation for delivering excellent candidates to clients with very precise needs in highly competitive markets. The business is known for its connections within the industry in the UK, but also throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
Like any successful business, the person who heads up the team is of vital importance in ensuring clients needs are met through quality and consistency of results. Sandra Hill is extremely familiar with the challenges her clients face and understands what it takes to be successful. She has grown a substantial business, recruited teams and handled the myriad of pressures senior managers face in a competitive environment including taking an organisation through ISO 9002 and Investors in People very successfully. Sandra has been working in recruitment since 1982, and since 1994 her sole focus has been senior management teams. Sandra’s clients often comment that they can rely on her and the teams energy and enthusiasm to deliver the right person for the role they will ensure they get exactly the right skill sets in place for them, or even more challenging is to find the person they can’t source through the traditional recruitment methods themselves. Sandra and her team have developed a reputation for finding the impact player who will make a difference to the business and deliver the assistance where her clients need them most in the business.
